OPEN GYM COACHING

Our small group/open gym coaching system is the perfect mix of the fun and variety of group classes with the intimacy and intensity of personal training. Our clients consider this to be the perfect balance between personal training and group classes. Open Coaching allows the most flexibility at the best price. 

OPEN GYM COACHING is perfect for those who:

  • Have inconsistency in their schedule

  • Have trouble arriving at a scheduled time

  • Want to workout multiple days a week

  • Excel with encouragement from others

HOURS

  • Monday - Friday 12-1 PM

 

PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING

Build your own personal private group…It’s really that simple. This setting allows for you to build your own private group/tesm session.

PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS are perfect for you if your interests include:

  • Family Workouts

  • Work Place Team Building

  • Wedding Parties
